The proposal of a research project on pico-satellite formations had been very well perceived by the Bavarian Prime Minister Horst Seehofer and his colleagues from Georgia (United States), Québec (Canada), São Paulo (Brazil), Shandong (China), Upper Austria (Austria), and Western Cape (South Africa).
